Last Call ("Last Call," "we," "us") is operated by Champlin Enterprises, LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use uselastcall.com and the Last Call service (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and venue details (venue name, location, contact info) you provide when you register or build your menu, events, and specials.
• Content you create — menus, menu items, prices, descriptions, images, and events you add to the Service.
• Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS. We retain a Stripe customer/subscription identifier and your plan status.
• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics, including when your embedded widgets are loaded on third-party sites.
• Cookies & similar technologies — used for sign-in sessions, security, and analytics/advertising (see below).

How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service (accounts, the menu/event builder, and embeddable widgets).
• To process subscriptions and send transactional messages (receipts, account and service notices).
• To understand usage and measure the performance of our marketing, including advertising campaigns.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use first-party cookies for authentication and security. We may use analytics and advertising technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic and ad conversions. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data subject to their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising via your Google and Meta ad settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Last Call, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (security/CDN), our hosting provider, email delivery providers, and analytics/advertising providers named above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. Your published menus and events are public by design — they appear on your embeds and may be shown in discovery listings.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit) to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights & choices

You may access, update, or delete your account information, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g., California's CCPA/CPRA or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
