Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Last Call (the "Service"), operated by Champlin Enterprises, LLC ("Last Call," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Last Call lets bars, grills, and restaurants build digital menus, post events and daily specials, and embed them on their own websites and elsewhere. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the venue you register. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, billing & refunds

• Free and paid plans. Last Call offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Pro at $29/month and Multi-Location at $79/month). Prices may change with notice.
• Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew thereafter.
• Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Taxes may apply.

Your content

You retain ownership of the menus, events, images, and other content you add ("Your Content"). You grant Last Call a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate the Service — including rendering it within your embeddable widgets and public listings. You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; misrepresent prices or offers; violate alcohol-service or advertising laws applicable to your venue; interfere with or attempt to breach the Service's security; or scrape or abuse the platform. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your business, including those governing the sale and advertising of food and alcohol.

Embeddable widgets

We provide embed code so you can display your menus and events on third-party sites you control. You are responsible for where you place embeds and for keeping your content accurate and current.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks (including "Last Call"), is owned by Champlin Enterprises, LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Champlin Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
